NWS College Leaders

College Principal

"I am passionate about quality Christian education and love seeing our College fulfill its vision as a Faith-based Learning Community, living and learning together.

With God’s guidance and wisdom and through the inspiration of His Spirit, we are learning to understand God’s world and His story, encouraging each other, and especially our children and young people, to grow in their faith and respond to Him in awe and worship and to His world in service."

ROD RAMSAY

College Deputy Principal

"What a privilege and a joy it is to serve Jesus in Christian Education and especially at a school like Waverley Christian College which takes seriously the mandate from Proverbs 22:6 to raise a child up in the way they should go so when they are old they won’t depart from it. Through the lens of the Four Loves framework - Love God, Love Learning, Love Others and Love Yourself - Waverley provides outstanding academic education that set students up for a life of faith in Jesus and service of others."

LISA DUMICHIC

Head of Campus

"Our core belief is that each child is unique and created in God’s image. Our purpose is to support and guide children to develop strong foundations for life and learning as they progress throughout their educational journey at WCC. We do this by providing quality, Christ-centred education in a safe, loving and nurturing community, centred on fostering genuine relationships with all students, where a love of learning is encouraged.

Our hope is that our NWS Campus will be a community of faith, hope and love to everyone we encounter, so that all can experience the fullness of life that comes from knowing God and His plan for each of our lives."

MARK CRNKOVIC

Head of Primary

"Our desire as a Primary Team is to be a thriving and dynamic Christian community where together we have fun, love people and learning, and enjoy life while at the same time having God as the focus of who we are and what we do.

Our foundational life elements of character, chemistry, competency and Christ make the world of difference in our immediate and wider community.

We desire that each person understand and grow their God-given talents, value and potential, while at the same time developing into the person that God intended and designed each one to be."
DAVID TOMPSON

Head of Secondary

“The Secondary School provides a nurturing, inspiring and a biblically informed learning environment. We embrace Christian education across all levels where we recognise that we live in a world created, structured and upheld by God himself. Everything that we do - whether praying, eating or drinking, or teaching algebra or chemistry - we do to demonstrate our love for God and our neighbour. Our teachers focus on the development of the whole child. Part of this includes fostering the actualisation of each students' God given gifts, talents and abilities for His glory. We value and embrace parent partnership in the educational journey of their children as they progress through their Secondary schooling years.”
