Overseas Students

Step 1 – College Information

Step 2 - Apply

If applying in Australia, submit by email, mail or deliver to the College:

The Admissions Registrar will then telephone to arrange an interview and guided tour of the College with the appropriate Head of School.

Some of our year levels have confirmed enrolments with large waitlists.  These fluctuate from time-to-time, but the following Year Levels are currently considered CLOSED 
Wantirna South Campus: 
Year 6 2024 
Year 7 2025 
Year 8 2026 
You may still apply for Year 9 2027

Overseas Student Application Form

If applying from overseas, submit the above paperwork directly to the Admissions Registrar by email or mail. Interviews for possible places will be advised by return email.

Step 3 - Letter of Offer and Acceptance

If the College accepts your application for a place, a Letter of Offer will be forwarded.  On receipt of our Letter of Offer, you will be required to sign and return to the College the accompanying Letter of Acceptance, together with your bank draft payment to Waverley Christian College for the applicable fees (including Acceptance of Enrolment Fee).

Step 4 – Confirmation of Enrolment

On receipt of your Letter of Acceptance, with the Bank Draft for the applicable fees, the College will forward the Government Confirmation of Enrolment Form that is required for a Student Visa application.

Step 5 - Visa Application

Present the College's Letter of Offer and the Confirmation of Enrolment Form to:

Request the relevant application forms for a Student Visa.

You should state that you are applying as a full-fee-paying Overseas Student and seek advice on any special application procedures. A visa application can take up to 6 weeks to process. 

Step 6 – Interview

If an interview has not yet been conducted, it will be scheduled for when the student arrives in Australia.
