Wantirna South Campus - The following year levels are closed to new applications:
CLOSED Year 8 2026. You may still apply for Year 9 2027
CLOSED Year 6 2026, Year 7 2027 and Year 8 2028. You may still apply for Year 9 2029
CLOSED Year 5 2026, Year 6 2027, Year 7 2028 and Year 8 2029. You may still apply for Year 9 2030.

Step 2 - Apply

Please contact the campus of your choice, and they will provide you with the Overseas Student Application Form along with further details on how to apply.

Applications are open to families who meet our Admissions Policy, which requires at least one parent to be a practising Christian who attends church regularly (weekly or fortnightly), together with the student.

A Pastoral Letter of Recommendation will be required upon submitting your application. 

We do not offer Homestay arrangements. Places are only offered to an overseas student who will live with a parent or eligible blood relative for the full duration of their course at the College.

Please Note:

A separate application must be completed for each child.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the College.

A $300 Application Fee per student (non-refundable) applies.

You will receive an email with the outcome of your application once it has been processed. Interviews for possible places will be advised by return email.

Step 3 - Offer of an Interview

If a place becomes available, a member from the Admission Team will contact you to request additional documents and schedule an enrolment interview.

Step 4 – Letter of Offer and Acceptance

Following the interview, if your application is successful, the College will issue a Letter of Offer. To accept the offer, you must sign and the Letter of Acceptance along with the required payment for applicable fees via bank draft to Waverley Christian College.

* A copy of the payment receipt must be emailed to the Admissions Department.

Step 5 - Confirmation of Enrolment

Once the College receives your Letter of Acceptance and payment, a Government Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form will be issued. This document is required for the Student Visa application.

Step 6 – Visa Application

Present the College’s Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment Form to:

Request the necessary application forms for a Student Visa.

* Note: You should state that you are applying as a full-fee-paying Overseas Student and seek advice on any special application procedures. A visa application can take up to 6 weeks to process.

Waiting List

If a place is not available, parents will be notified, and the student’s name will be placed on the waiting list. Please refer to our Admissions Policy for details on waitlist management.
